    This is an important contribution – especially in the area of death-penalty litigation as this issue arises commonly. Can you provide some guidance on how to extract and use the Excel calculator?

    • Some people have said that their browser thinks that the Excel file is a .zip file. In truth, since 2007, MS Office documents ARE .zip files containing content in .xml files. If you download the file and open it in Excel, it will behave properly.
